Getting below error in browser console on Naivgating to newly added custom view under Activities screen

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create new View based on Action BO
2. Add View under Activities screen
3. Register the view under responsibility
4. Login to Siebel Application and navigate to Activities screen newly added view
