Error "HTTP Status 404 – Not Found" Occurs While Navigating Between Workspace Versions in Siebel Web Tools (Doc ID 2806470.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to navigate between the different versions of workspace in Siebel Web Tools, the following error occurs in the browser:
 


Steps to Reproduce the behavior:

1. Login into Siebel Web Tools.
2. Click on Cube icon for navigating to 'WSUI Dashboard View'.
3. Navigate between the different versions of workspace for example: version 0, then version 1, version 0, ... clicking on the label of the tile.
4. Browser crashes with the above error after several clicks.
