When invoking various outbound web services in production, some of them start to fail at random with the errors below noted in WfProcBatchMgr log:

There are no specific steps to replicate the issue.

Just start the server and let it process a number of outbound web service calls and it fails at different web services at different times.

Once a specific thread starts to fail, any other web service call in that thread will fail too.
