Symptoms
While making REST Outbound call with an end point URL hostname containing Cyrillic Characters, SES Application Container was unable to encode these characters and encountered the error: Illegal character in hostname.
To reproduce the issue, below are the steps.
1. Import Custom JSON in Tools which creates Proxy business service and integration objects.
2. Deliver Integration Object and Proxy Business service to workspace.
3. In the definition of REST Outbound service(i.e Administration -->WebServices -->Outbound REST Services) change the end point URL of respective REST service such that the hostname contains Cyrillic characters.
