Siebel BI Publisher Report Generation Fails Intermittently With "SBL-GEN-10103: Error Opening Specified File" Error After Changing NAS File System (Doc ID 2807409.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to generate reports from Siebel using the run report pane, the report fails to generate and the following error occurs intermittently in the XMLPReportServer logs for the failed report

1. Setup Siebel BI Publisher integration
2. Change or update the file system (NAS or local)
3. Check to see if report execution is seamless
