Siebel CRM - Version 20.12 to 21.9 [Release V17]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

It was reported on 20.12 Siebel version that when executing 'Copy record' followed by 'Undo record' (or Escape) for a promotion, application leaves orphan records in S_PROD_REL and S_PRODELIG_MTRX tables.

The issue was reproduced in standard version 21.6 using steps:

1. Navigate to Administration Product -> Product promotions and create a promotion record.
2. Select Products subview and add a product to the promotion.
3. Select 'Eligibility and Compatibility rules' subview and create a rule as follows:
    MatrixName= PerfEligibilityRules
    Rule Type = Available
    Account Type= Residential
4. Select Upgrade subview and create new record defining a upgrade relation between promotion create in step1 and another promotion.
5. Select Versions sub view and release product promotion.
6. In the top promotion list applet from menu invoke 'Copy record', then "Undo record'
7. Check the OM log and see that during copy record, application inserts records in S_PROD_REL and S_PRODELIG_MTRX tables, but during Undo these records are not deleted.
