Symptoms

Whenever the Application Container startup script is called, it will create an additional folder structure in the current working directory.

For example:

-In this case, the startup.sh script was called from path

The issue can be reproduced using the following steps
1. Update application to Siebel 21.3 or above
2. Stop the Siebel Services
3. Start either SES or AI tomcat
4. Notice an additional folder being created in the working directory

Changes

 Environment has been updated Siebel 21.3 release
