Symptoms

While extracting Siebel Installation media files of 21.x, getting error "Path Too Long error while extracting Media files(9 of 9)"

"Error 0x80010135: Path too long"



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Download 21.8 installables for windows
2. Copy all zip files in single folder
3. Select all files, right click and select extract here
4. It fails to extract file 9 of 9
