Expression Value In I/O Arguments For Workflow Step Is Not Visible In the Expression Popup Applet (Doc ID 2810051.1)

Symptoms

Expression in workflow step's input/output arugments is not visible on opening the Expression Window

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps
-------------------------------
1. Launch siebel tools
2. Open any workspace and go to workflow object
3. Edit any workflow process and got to workflow step
4. In the workflow input arguments,check the argument with type expression and click on the dropdown
Result: Pop up applet is opened but expression is not visible
