High Number of ALTER SESSION SET OPTIMIZER_IGNORE_HINTS Statements In Siebel and Database Causes Performance issues. (Doc ID 2810357.1)

Symptoms

Customer is on 21.4 version and noticed a large number of the following statements in the Object manager . This statements are causing  performance related issues on Siebel and the Database.

Ga verder of vraag de systeembeheerder de applicatieconfiguratie te controleren als  probleem zich blijft voordoen.
ObjMgrBusCompLog Error 1 00000cca612501ba:0 2021-08-25 14:42:47 (oracon.cpp (1243)) SBL-DAT-00381: Er bestaat al een record die dezelfde waarden bevat als de record die u hebt gemaakt.

Zorg ervoor dat de veldwaarden uniek zijn als u een record wilt invoeren.
ObjMgrBusCompLog Error 1 00000cca612501ba:0 2021-08-25 14:42:47 (oracon.cpp (3011)) SBL-DAT-00382: Dezelfde waarden voor 'REI Event Date' bestaan al.

 

Changes

 Customer upgraded to 21.4 with Database on 12c.
