JAWS: Jaws does not Instruct to Use Right and Left Arrow Keys While Navigating Toolbar Menu Items (Doc ID 2810416.1)

Symptoms

Siebel UI elements are not accessible using Up and down arrows but JAWS announces to use up and down arrow to navigate between menu items.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into Siebel Application
2. When user navigates through toolbar menu items in home page like sitemap, tasks, save target lists, apply target lists, reports etc JAWS instructs the user to use the up and down arrow keys to navigate, however in the application only the left and right arrow keys work. User would get confused with the instruction given.
