Symptoms

Triggering workflow which is having XSLT conversion is failing with below error from workflow process manager log for UTF-16 encoding

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Trigger the workflow which is having 'EAI XSLT Service' Business Service from any Invoking method
2. Observe the error at EAI XSLT Service step from the workflow
