Information in this document applies to any platform.
Approximately twice a week the Siebel server looses connectivity to the gateway in production.
As a result of that, components such as EAI stop servicing requests.
in NameSrvr.log the following errors can be observed
The issue can not be reproduced at will and is thought to occur twice a week in production.
