Deliver Option Is Disabled In Siebel Tools And WebTools (Doc ID 2811531.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.

The deliver option is disabled in 21.7 siebel Tools and Web Tools.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Upgraded the Siebel Database Schema from IP14 to 21.7.

2. Login to either Siebel Tools or Web Tools.

3. Create a new INT WS and DEV WS.

4. Make some changes.

5. Try to deliver the changes to MAIN.
