Open UI: Using Chrome Version 92.0.4515.131 User has to Click Twice to Pick Screens Visible Under Drop Down (Doc ID 2811548.1)

Symptoms

When navigating different tabs using the drop down arrow and selecting a different tab from that menu, Siebel CRM does not navigate to that screen as it should. You have to click on the arrow again, and only then it will navigate to the already selected screen. This is the scenario using Chrome but opposite when you are using IE and Firefox.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application using chrome browser with version 92.0.4515.131
2. Default selected Screen tab is home
3. Try to pick Service request tab which is visible under screens drop down
4. Verify for single click navigation happens or not
