Siebel Test Automation - Test Scripts Play Button Disabled when Siebel Server Hostname not specified in DISA Allow list (Doc ID 2812438.1)

Symptoms

After following setting up Keyword Automation Testing from Innovation Pack 17.0 Siebel Test Automation (Doc ID 2396540.2), it is possible to record and save Test Scripts but "Play" button is disabled.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.  Follow steps on KM "Innovation Pack 17.0 Siebel Test Automation" >Setting Up Keyword Automation Testing
2.  Start Application using SWECmd=AutoOn and Record and Save Test Script
3.  Select a saved Test Script to Play
4. Play button is disabled
