Symptoms
On : 21.8 version, System Admin
When attempting to schedule a Test Execution Record the following error occurs.
[1]Unable to create the Business Service 'Automation Rest Service'(SBL-DAT-00227)
[2] Access to Resource Automation Rest Service of type BUS_SVC is denied(SBL-DAT-00825)
[2] Access to Resource Automation Rest Service of type BUS_SVC is denied(SBL-DAT-00825)
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Siebel
2. Navigate to Site Map, go to Release -> Test Execution.
3. Create a new record
4. Press "Schedule Run" button
5. Click OK on the first popup window about 'Batchconfig.xml and csv file will be generated...'.
6. Notice a second popup window with errors:
