Goal

 There is a requirement to fresh install Siebel 21.6 in the same Windows machine Siebel IP15 is currently running (Dev environment). The requirement includes the same implementation in Production environment. Is it possible to keep both Siebel IP15 and 21.6 installed in the same machine?
