Getting Error SBL-UIF-00299, SBL-DAT-00292 and SBL-DAT-00215 on Product Selection at Quotes Line Item (Doc ID 2813812.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to enters Part/Item Name and use tab key for creating a record at Quote's Line Items, the following error occurs in the application user interface:

[1] Wrong field values or value types detected in field Item. Please re-enter your field values. If you need additional assistance, please refer to the documentation.(SBL-UIF-00299)
[2] An error has occurred picking the current row.(SBL-DAT-00292)
[3] This operation is not allowed when there are no records displayed. Please execute a query that returns at least one record or add a new record.(SBL-DAT-00215)

Also following errors are captured in the application object manager log file:

ObjMgrBusCompLog Error 1 000019ee61487b17:0 2021-09-24 09:26:33 (buscomp.cpp (21277)) SBL-DAT-00292: An error has occurred picking the current row.

Please continue or ask your systems administrator to check your application configuration if the problem persists.

STEPS
-----------
1. Login into Application
2. Go to Quote screen
3. Create a new quote and drill down on Quote #
4. Select Line Items tab
5. Add new Line Item
6. Enter the Item name instead of picking it up from pick applet and press tab key.

Note: If user selects parts from pick applet then there is no error and it is working as expected.

Changes

Issue started coming after adding Constraint pick-map in order to filter the records in the Pick-Applet based on some criteria.
