Symptoms

Siebel eCommunications Object Manager crash during log off cleanup routine trying to de-allocate Workflow and business service destruction

Enterprise.log:

ServerLog ProcessExit 1 00000d3b6146aeb9:0 2021-09-20 13:59:45 eCommunicationsObjMgr_enu 1661 SBL-OSD-02011 Process 1661 exited with error - Process exited because of a segment violation (SIGSEGV)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Cloned existing OM to create a new OM
2. Set the session time out to 10 minutes
3. when the users leave the session without logging off , see a crash after 10 minutes

Changes

 After 10 minute session timeout expiration , the OM crashes during auto log off when destructing the business service of Workflow
