Custom New Record - Cursor Not Set On Any Field Like OOTB NewRecord Button (Doc ID 2816811.1)

Symptoms

When a custom New Record button is clicked, focus does not go any field as seen when we click on OOTB + button

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the tools.
2. Search the applet: SIS Account List Applet
3. Add a button control to the applet:
  name: NewRecord-Button
  caption: New
  method invoke: NewRecord_Customer
  html type: MiniButton
4. Add the control to the edit list web template
  name: NewRecord-Button
  control: NewRecord-Button
  item identifider: 109
5. Add the userprop for the applet
  name: CanInvokeMethod: NewRecord_Customer
  value: true
6. Add follow scripts to the WebApplet_PreInvokeMethod events

7. Login to Application
8.Click on New Custom button
