After upgrade from Siebel IP2013 to 20.x, Service Request Detail Applet is only visible 75%, users has to scroll up to view complete record
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to 20.x Application and click on Service Request number from Home screen.
2. Navigate to “Service Request Detail Applet”
