Full Compiled SRF Causing Hang in Production Application (Doc ID 2819585.1)

Symptoms

Full Compile SRF causing hang in some of the screens like Account Opening, Electronic Services etc.
Issue not observed when using incrementally compiled SRF.

STEPS
-------------
1. Implemented a Change Request which consists of Repository and LOV changes.
2. Export the SIF of these changes from source environment.
3. Import these SIF files into target environment.
4. Performed Full SRF compile and launch the application using this SRF.
5. Navigate to the screens like Account Opening, Electronic Services etc.
