Goal

Current setup is that custom business services are exposed through REST API to external applications.
These are configured without any authentication. They are using ANON ID and password defined at REST profile level to authenticate.

There is no authentication for external customers. This means everyone having access to the URL could access.

How to allow specific originating servers to ensure requests coming from specific IP Addresses at able to communicate with Siebel through REST API?
