Error While Moving To Siebel 21.10 From Siebel 21.9 (Doc ID 2821478.1)

Symptoms

1. Have Siebel 21.9 working environment

2. Download Siebel 21.10 Patch

3. Run 21.10 setup

4. PostInstallDB fails with below error in log 'upd_sql.log' located under log\PostInstallDBSetup_2021-10-30_18-51-18\SeedSchemaManifest\Common\ 

UPDATE SIEBEL.S_WS_VERSION SET REP_VER_NUM = '17.0' WHERE REP_VER_NUM IS NULL
ODBC error S0022 in SQLExecDirect:
[tp][ODBC Oracle driver][Oracle]ORA-00904: "REP_VER_NUM": invalid identifier
