Symptoms
Unable to perform UserID / Password authentication while using REST Inbound Service configuration.
Basic authorization is selected.
But upon testing on SoapUI, there is no authorization header.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure REST Inbound Service.
2. Test using SoapUI
3. Notice authorization is not displayed.
