Application Crashes When Navigating To Workflow Monitoring Configuration View

When user navigate to Admin Business Process screen and click on "Workflow Monitoring Configuration View", the application gets hung for some time and then crashes.
This is happening in DR environment while in corresponding RR environment, the view is loading properly.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to application in DR environment
2. Navigate to Workflow Monitoring Configuration View
3. Then application crashes with following callstack
