The Sub-Nav Tabs Are Not Correctly Highlighted When Users Open the Tab In Tree Navigation

Symptoms
The Contact tab is not highlighted as it was previously and as it was in previous versions or in Tab navigation.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the Call Center application.
2. Go to Tools > User Preferences > Behavior.
3. Change the Theme Navigation to Tree > Save > Log out and Login to the application again.
4. Go to Accounts List > Drill-down on an Account.
5. In the sub-tab select Contact Tab.
