Symptoms
A three-hour mismatch is noticed between the timestamp at which a custom report is run and the actual timestamp displayed on the report.
Report execution timestamp seen in BI Publisher Screen:
Timestamp seen in the PDF resulted report:
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Login to the Object Manager with Siebel Reports enabled.
2. Navigate to corresponding screen/view where the custom report is active.
3. Choose Report Name, Output Type, Report Locale.
4. Run Report.
5. Compare timestamp of the report execution with the timestamp displayed on the report.
