Unable to Access Views Under the Screen 'Administration - Universal Customer Master' in the UCM Application

Symptoms
When users log into the UCM application, the screen 'Administration - Universal Customer Master' and all views under the screen are not accessible for any users. Even though the respective views are added to the user's responsibility, the screen does not show up in the screen tabs or in the Site Map. Even administrative users are not able to access the view.
Expectation is that the screen/views should be there in the UCM application.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Assign a user a responsibility.
2. Log into the application with that user.
3. Navigate to the Site Map.
All other screens/views will appear except for those related to UCM.
Due to this issue, users are not able to utilize UCM functionalities.
Changes
The UCM Object Manager component was cloned.
