Error SBL-DAT-00215 While Delivering Workspace With Changes On Few Screens (Doc ID 2827396.1)

Symptoms

Post upgrade Application Login Page was not loading and the Application Object Manager was showing errors related to the Screen Views. In order to resolve the issue a new workspace is created and the screen views were inactivated.

When attempting to deliver workspace, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------

 "This Operation is not allowed when there are no records displayed. Please execute a query that returns at least one record or add new record (SBL-DAT-00215)."



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. The issue is seen only while delivering few Screens.
2. Create a new workspace under Main.
3. In Category Screen, go to Account Category Search Details screen view
4. Set the Inactive Flag to true
5. Deliver the Workspace.
