Failed Workspace Delivery Due To Invalid Code in Business Service Blocks All Further Deliveries (Doc ID 2827726.1)

Symptoms

When submitting and delivering a workspace containing a Business Service  server script with invalid code (e.g. a missing bracket). This leads to a failure of the delivery and causes all subsequent workspace deliveries to be blocked, because the Deliver button is grayed out.
