EChannel object manager consuming high CPU and getting hung with Task status "BC Event PreWriteRecord" and pstack "CSSCLIGarbageCollector::GarbageCollect" (Doc ID 2829675.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.1.1.7 [21238] version, Siebel CRM


eChannel and EAI object manager component getting hung and concerned Process IDs consuming high CPU.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login application
2. Navigate SiteMap
3. Access Service Requests --> All service request across organization.
After that application not responding. Waited for 15min and no response, then
closed it by X mark
4. list tasks for comp <AOMComponent> show that all tasks stuck at " BC Event PreWriteRecord "
5. Below command output provided output for under object manager processID which ThreadID is consuming more CPU:

ps -Lp <ProcessID> -o pid,ppid,pcpu,pmem,lwp
15802 15458 22.5  2.4 16323
