Goal

How to show HH,MM,SS time interval position on tooltip before placing an activity into exact time frame on the Dispatchboard?

Example: When user wants to schdule activity at 9:45 AM its difficult to locate that exact position of the time frame on the dispacth board i.e to display 15 Min,30 Min ,45 Min time interval position as a tooltip while dragging an activity on to the Dispatchboard ,so that user can locate exact time frame to drop the activity on to the dispatchboard.
