The Product Offer Pick Applet Shows No Records If The Products Are Added To A Promotion From the Product Promotion Screen (Doc ID 2830271.1)

Symptoms

The product offer pick applet opens as empty without showing any records if the products are added to a Promotion from the Product Promotion screen

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Login to Siebel Application
2. Navigate to Administration - Product ==> Product Definition
3. Create New Simple Product with Name = PO Child, release the product
4. Create Customizable Product as below and release it
      PO Root
           |--> PO Child
5. Navigate to Administration - Promotion and create new Promotion with Type = Bundle Promotion and Name = PO Bundle Promotion. Click on Products tab under Promotion and add "PO Root" as the promotion
    component Product
6. Release the Promotion Product and do clear cache
7. Navigate to Product Offer
8. Create New Record with below details
    Name = Test Offer
9. Drilldown on Product Offer Name
10. Create new Response with Response = Accept
11. Create New Response action as described below
      Seq =1, Action Type = New, Action Code = Add, Base Product = PO Bundle Prom,
      Component Product = PO Root
      Seq =2, Action Type = New, Action Code = Add, Base Product = PO Root,
      Component Product = PO Child
12. Do clear cache and navigate to some other view(example :- Administration- Products ==> Products)
13. Come back to Administration - Product ==> Product Offers ==> Drilldown on Offer Name
14. Now try to open Component Product pick applet for Seq 1 record(Promotion and its component product) Component pick applet showing no records
