Unable To Display Specific Fields In Attachment List Applets (Doc ID 2830835.1)

Symptoms

Unable to display specific fields in Special-purpose Applet: Attachment List Applets.
The expected behavior is for the list column to be visible at the UI level as it was in previous Siebel versions.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Siebel Tools - go to "Activity Attachment Applet".
2. Check the list columns linked to: "ActivityDockStatus" and "ActivityFileDockReqFlg".
3. They are displayed under the Template, and they have "Show in List" set to TRUE.
4. At the UI level, they do not appear under "Columns Displayed" either.
