Symptoms
Customer has a custom javascript that extends accnavigationphyrender, which works in 20.11.
In version 21.10, same causes binddata to be triggered in a loop causing custom functionality to fail.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a custom js file with following content:
