Siebel CRM Docker Images On Public/private Container Registry? (Doc ID 2832242.1)

Goal

Is it possible for Oracle to publish Siebel CRM container images to a public container registry?

Because due to various polices, not allowed to up torball image to several Organizations container registry. It must be coming from a known public/private container registry.

Because of this restriction, not able to move forward to with kubernetes implementation.
