Symptoms


Icon Map/Bitmap configuration is not working after upgrading to Siebel 21


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform Upgrade from IP 15.6 to Siebel 21.2
2. Place all the images related to Bitmap in Images folder
3. Login to application and check for IconMap/Bitmap image
4. It is observed Field value is showing and the related image is not displaying
