List of Values (LOV) Change Is Not Reflecting As Expected in NON ENU Application (Doc ID 2834685.1)

List of Values (LOV)  changes are not shown in SIebel application as expected

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) in ENU application for LOV Type “TODO_TYPE” and Display value “eMerchandising” I have changed the “Display value” for both ENU and FRA records

2) in ENU application one will see the LOV change and the display value is the correct one

3) in FRA application one will see the LOV change, but seems to take the change from ENU record.
