When Renaming Migrated Repository After Full Migration It Fails With SBL-DEV-00467 Error (Doc ID 2835000.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run siebdevcli from command-window after full migration to rename the migrated repository it fails without performing the renaming.
The following error can be found in the siebdevcli.log file located under SIEBEL_TOOLS_HOME\log directory.

ObjMgrBusCompLog Error 1 0000000261d81e2c:0 2022-01-07 20:10:03 (bcrepos.cpp (7665)) SBL-DEV-00467: Unable to find type for Business Component 'Repository Repository'

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install 21.12 binaries on top of 20.12, which includes running PostInstallDBSetup to completion
2. Bring 21.12 environment up and perform a full migration from DEV to completion
3. Run siebdevcli with the following syntax to rename the repositories (see Note: 2818187.1)

4. siebdevcli fails with the above mentioned error

Changes

PostInstallDBSetup was executed as part of the 21.12 Monthly Update installation
