Symptoms
Apache Tomcat service for SES (application container_internal) not starting after applying Siebel patch 21.12 on top of 20.6
Error in windows service when starting the ses tomcat service:
"Error 1067: the process terminated unexpectedly"
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Applied Siebel patch 21.12 on top of 20.6
2. Tomcat service for SES is not starting
