Blank Screen When Drilling Down on Activity Type
When creating a new Activity under Service Request or Account and directly drilldown hyperlink on Activity Type produces a blank page.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to SR or Account
2. Create new activity, do not tab to other column or save record and
3. Activity type is prepopulated to "Call - Inbound"
4. Drilldown on "Call - Inbound"
5. Displays a blank page
