Symptoms

Cannot connect to Gateway after update to 21.11 or 21.12 on top of 21.10


Following errors can be seen when trying to connect to srvrmgr

Additionally, the user cannot connect to the SMC

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply 21.11/21.12 on top of 21.10
2. Attempt to connect to srvrmgr or SMC
