Symptoms

When attempting to generate the Siebel Report from Siebel Mobile Web Client in disconnected mode, the following error occurs.


 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Siebel Mobile Web Client
2. Navigate to the view where the data is present
3. Select the data and then click on the Report icon to generate the report

 

Changes

The following information was added in siebel application configuration file (.cfg)

[JAVA]
DLL = C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_271\bin\server\jvm.dll
CLASSPATH = C:\Siebel\Client\CLASSES\Siebel.jar;C:\Siebel\Client\CLASSES\gson-2.2.4.jar;C:\Siebel\Client\CLASSES\.
VMOPTIONS = -Xrs -Djava.compiler=NONE -Xuseealtsigs
