SR Number Field Is Not Populated After Drilling Down From Service Request List View to Service Request Detail View In Siebel Client (Doc ID 2847344.1)

Symptoms

SR Number field is added to Service Request Activity List Applet. When drilling down from Service Request List View to Service Request Detail View, the SR Number list column showed the SR Number field value as expected in IP13.

But after upgrading to 20.6, the SR Number list column no longer displays any data.

  1. Login to Siebel Application.
  2. Go to 'Service'->'Service Requests List' view.
  3. Select any record in the list applet.
  4. Drilldown by clicking the hyperlink on SR# field.
  5. In Service Request Detail View, SR Number list column shows empty in the Service Request Activity List Applet.

 

Changes

 Upgraded from IP13 to Siebel CRM 20.6.
