Symptoms

When attempting to deliver a large developer (dev_<user-name>_<ws-name>) workspace to an integration (int_<name1>_<name2>) workspace from Siebel server command line in Linux, the following error occurs. Siebel Tools delivery of the same workspace runs fine.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Update Siebel to 21.12 successfully in Development environment and confirm postinstalldbsetup ran without errors (see Siebel Installation Guide 21.12 > Update Installation Case).
2. Run the RepositoryUpgrade.exe utility from Linux Siebel server (see Siebel Database Upgrade Guide 21.12 > Running Repository Upgrade Utility)
3. Run a workspace delivery from command line in Linux as following:

   In this case, the dev2.cfg  is a copy of the repositoryupgrade.cfg file (placed under the repositoryupgrade folder)

Changes

 Siebel 21.12 update installed in a Siebel 19.12 environment.
