Home Page Navigation To Any Other View Is Slow After Upgrade From IP16 to Siebel 21 (Doc ID 2850353.1)

Symptoms

When navigating from home page in Field Service to any other View the application is slow, and a refresh is needed to load the data.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the application
2. From the home page - FS Home Page View - navigate to any tab from the menu
3. Application is slow and the view is not loaded
4. When refreshing the page, the View loads
