Symptoms

When scheduling a Siebel Report the job execution fails with the following error:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Log into Siebel application and navigate to the view where the content of the report must be selected. Example: Accounts List view
2) Select the records in the list applet
3) Click on the report icon
4) On the Run Report panel
 a) Enter a name in the Report Name field
 b) Output Type=PDF
 c) Report Locale= English - United States
 d) Schedule: Frequency=Run Immediately
5) Log into Oracle Publisher application (BIP or OAP) and navigate to the Job History view
6) Verify the status of the Job execution and the output

Changes

 Set the Security Model in Oracle Publisher application (BIP or OAP) to "BI Publisher Security".
