Field Service Generate Pick Tickets Does Not Generate Orders After Upgrade (Doc ID 2852337.1)

Symptoms

When trying to Generate Pick Tickets, Fulfilment information was not being generated.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Go to Service Orders > Orders
2) Search for an existing Order or create a new one
3) Go to Line Items view and create a new line item
4) Go to Part Locator View Tab > Click in "Locate" and then "Allocate "
5) Then click on “Generate Pick Ticket” - nothing was happening

Changes

Upgrade from 8.1.1.11 to 21.10
